Federal & State Affairs
Living in a dynamic world, it is often that local state and the
federal governments pass legislation that affects race
tracks. NARTA offers the most up-to-date information on
pending bills and methods as to how NARTA and its member
tracks can lobby the right people to make changes in our
interest. NARTA also is working on create the largest
database of past federal and state regulation/statues that
apply to the motorsports industry.
