ABOUT THE NARTA

The National Automobile Race Track Association was founded in 2005 in response to a plaque of bad events in the “conventional sports industry.” With the motorsports industry in the business of entertaining, our direct competition is basketball (NBA), football (NFL), hockey (NHL), and baseball (MLB). With the MLB suffering from player use of designer steroids, the NBA reaction to the hostilities at the Piston/ Pacers game and the dangers of the Hip Hop’s assimilation into the sport, and the NHL's inability to save the season due to the strike has acted as major set back to each sport. The motorsports industry, in particular the race track industry, is at a major threshold in which we can capitalize on the errors of these sports if we unite into a cohesive marketing strategy and transfer knowledge and experiences as we coordinate our efforts on a national and global scale.

The NARTA has developed a host of innovative methods to create strategic alliances in the automobile race track industry with the potential to increase operating efficiency, become better corporate citizens, increase market share, and increase net profit as we become the premier entertainment attraction. For added safety, throughout the whole process of sharing information with the NARTA, track identities remain confidential from the public and member tracks. (Upon joining, a track is no longer referred to by its name; rather, it is given a unique six-digit identification number.)
